Bio

Brad Hines started his career at Benedictine in 2015 as a tight end for the Ravens. He played three seasons as a tight end before transitioning to a student-coach role. In the Spring of 2018, Hines moved to the defensive side of the ball and assisted in the coaching of the outside linebackers. After graduating from Benedictine in 2019 with a degree in Finance, Hines joined the Ravens' coaching staff full-time as the outside linebackers coach.

 In 2021 Coach Hines transitioned to coaching the defensive ends. In 2022 the Raven defense finished top five in the country in sacks with 41 total. The Raven defense finished the 2023 regular season T-1st in the country with 40 sacks.  In his five years coaching at Benedictine, Coach Hines has had 1 Heart South Co-MVP, 1 Heart South Defensive Player of the Year, 1 AFCA-NAIA All-American, and 6 Heart South All-Conference selections.  

 Coach Hines is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in 2015. He is the son of Dan and Karen Hines.
