Football hosts MNU for Senior Day & Atchison Community Day on Saturday
Raven Football wraps up the season on Saturday at 1 p.m. as they host the MNU Pioneers for Senior Day and Atchison Community Day on O'Malley Field at Larry Wilcox Stadium.
Senior Day recognition will take place prior to the game and we will be joined by a special Atchison community guest for the opening coin toss. Additionally, Benedictine will welcome special guests from the Atchison community during halftime to recognize the ongoing relationship between Benedictine and Atchison.
The Match-Up: The meeting between the Ravens and the Pioneers marks the 38th meeting between the two programs with Benedictine leading that series 22-15. Benedictine earned a 43-14 win over the Pioneers on the road last year on Halloween. Benedictine brings a five-game winning streak into Saturday's meeting with MNU. The last win for the Pioneers came on Sept. 19, 2015, in Olathe, 41-17. Over their current winning streak, the Ravens have won three games at home, most recently a 50-14 win during the 2019 season.
About Benedictine: Benedictine leads the Heart in scoring and scoring per game. Through 10 games, they have scored a total of 399 points for a 39.9 point per game average. ...
