CANTON, Mo. – An 84th-minute goal from Culver-Stockton College ended Wednesday night's Men's Soccer match in a 1-1 draw.
After playing to a scoreless draw through halftime, the Ravens netted the first goal of the match during the 66th minute. Diego Acuna gave the Ravens the lead on an assist from Eliah Froeyland which stood until the Wildcats tied the match during the 84th minute.
Each team finished the match with 13 shots as Benedictine held a slight advantage in shots on goal with a 6-3 edge.
Noah Reuscher and Carlos Flores split time in goal for the Ravens with Flores registering a save while Reuscher gave up the goal.
Benedictine wraps up its season on Saturday with a 5:30 p.m. game against Grand View University. Note the earlier-than-normal start time as the Homecoming matches for men's and women's soccer have been flipped.
