DUBQUQUE, Iowa – No. 3 seed Clarke University scored seconds into overtime on Wednesday night to defeat No. 6 seed Benedictine Men's Soccer.
After the Ravens scored during the 3rd minute of the match, they held the Pride scoreless through the 81st minute before the Pride earned the 2-1 win with the game-winning goal 56 seconds into overtime.
Norberto Montero scored the Ravens goal off an assist from Diego Acuna.
Clarke finished regulation with a 19-6 advantage in shots with just four shots on goal in the second half.
Noah Reuscher finished with seven saves, four of which came in the second half.
Benedictine's run into the Heart Postseason finishes with an overall record of 9-6-4.
