Haley Cahill earns second straight Heart Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Benedictine Volleyball's Haley Cahill earned back-to-back honors from the Heart of America Athletic Conference for the second time this season on Monday.

Cahill was named Heart Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week, presented by Molten, for the fourth time on Monday and for the second straight week. 

On the week, Cahill averaged 9.0 assists per set as Benedictine posted a 2-1 record over three matches that included finishing off Heart divisional play at 7-0 with wins over Graceland and Peru State. In the Saturday win over Peru State, she recorded a season-high 55 assists while adding 13 digs defensively.

Benedictine wraps up the Heart regular season on Tuesday, hosting Missouri Valley College at 7 p.m. The Heart Women's Volleyball Conference Championships get underway on Saturday on the campus site of the higher seeds in the 8-team championship.
